Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually made decoration items that were specifically manufactured according to your wishes. For services in the field of event decoration that have already been provided, there is also no right of withdrawal.

Return

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and no later than within fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Warranty

In case of defects in our products or services, you have the statutory warranty rights. Please contact us immediately if you discover a defect.
